We’re looking for a sharp, energetic senior account lead who’s ready to shape big work, build even bigger partnerships, and share in the upside as we scale.

You’ll join us at a pivotal moment, taking the reins on high-impact accounts across pharma, medtech, government and wellness. You’ll guide strategy, build trust, and help turn client goals into bold, behaviour-changing campaigns. And as we grow, we’ll make sure that success is shared through performance-based incentives and genuine leadership opportunities.
In this role, you’ll:
Be the face and brain behind some of our biggest partnerships
Lead digital-first, content-rich campaigns across education, brand, OCE and omnichannel
Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists and senior leadership
Keep projects moving, clients happy, and the good ideas flowing
